Standard Business Hours
ConvertMORE, like most digital companies, has both team members and clients across several time zones.
Our standard business hours are set up to provide the broadest time range for convenience in the communication and execution of your projects no matter the time zone in which you are located.
Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 7 am – 4 pm Pacific / 8 am – 5 pm Mountain / 9 am – 6 pm Central / 10 am – 7 pm Eastern
Friday close of business is -1 hour
We observe all major U.S. holidays. Hours on the working day prior to a major holiday are the same as Friday.
Turnaround Time and Urgency Classification
Standard Delivery Times. Standard delivery for most requests is 2 to 3 business days OR the time estimate provided by the project manager. All work is considered “Standard” unless it qualifies for Urgent or Emergency, as noted.
Urgent. Urgent work is any work affecting the functionality of systems, UX, or contact/customer but not directly affecting revenue. Urgent work is prioritized and handled within 1 business day.
Emergencies & Weekends. An Emergency is any system failure, directly affecting revenue. Emergency needs are handled immediately upon notification or awareness by the most qualified person available to execute the fix.
